Automatic Bollards
Automatic bollards can be controlled by swipe-card access, Fob remote controls, or timers. They are the most advanced solution for tightly controlled areas where bollards need to be in place and removed at regular intervals. Each bollard is in the $15k range for complete supply and installation – and are for special-use properties or property areas that require an advanced traffic control solution.
The electronically controlled bollards sit in recessed housings below ground when not on duty. They rise up, complete with lights to warn oncoming traffic when in use.
